The Waterfront Centre "2007 Excellence on the Waterfront Awards" Top Honor Award, awarded by the Waterfront Centre of Washington DC, USA, and presented in Boston USA on 2 November 2007. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Award for Excellence, awarded by the ULI also of Washington DC and presented in Las Vegas, USA, on 26 October 2007.
